This directory contains data related to homology among Candida and
between Candida and other organisms.

The orthology subdirectory contains data pertaining to orthology
mappings among Candida species in CGD and between Candida 
species and S. cerevisiae. 

The best_hits subdirectory contains BLASTp-based mappings, which are
made with lower-stringency requirements compared to the ortholog
mappings.  If a protein lacks an ortholog in one of the other species,
we search to see if there is a best hit.
